VIA Sanitari CRM bot
We built a full CRM inside the VIA Sanitari chatbot. The entire client journey stays in one conversation: initial enquiry, qualification, active sales follow-up, agreement, contract and payment. The CRM keeps deal stages and conversation history, prompts the next action and sends notifications to clients and the team. The flow is available through Telegram, MAX, VK messages and the Alice voice skill.
